Our Story

My journey with the Bullmastiff began in 1995. My first two Bullmastiffs were sisters, and from the very beginning, I knew I had found the breed that would always have my heart.

Over the years, Bullmastiffs became more than companions. They became family.

In 2005, Belle entered my life and quickly became my constant shadow. She was gentle, calm, and happiest curled up beside me. She loved children, treasured bedtime cuddles, and never passed up the opportunity for a nap. She taught me what unconditional loyalty truly looked like.

When Belle passed away on December 14, 2016, she left an emptiness I wasn't sure would ever heal. For a long time, I believed I could never love another Bullmastiff the way I loved her.

Then, in 2019, God had other plans.

Nyla came into my life and slowly healed a part of my heart I thought was gone forever. Full of energy, affection, and just enough mischief to keep me smiling, she reminded me why I fell in love with Bullmastiffs so many years earlier.

She didn't replace Belle. She helped me discover that the heart simply makes room for another.

It was because of Nyla that Archangel Bullmastiffs was born.

The name Archangel was chosen with purpose. In Scripture, archangels are known as protectors, guardians, and messengers of strength, courage, and hope. Those same qualities are found in the Bullmastiff. Quiet confidence. Unwavering loyalty. Gentle hearts. Steadfast devotion.

These are the qualities we strive to preserve in every generation.

At Archangel Bullmastiffs, our breeding program is built on health, temperament, structure, and a deep respect for the breed. Every breeding decision is made with the future of the Bullmastiff in mind. Our goal is never simply to produce puppies. Our goal is to preserve everything that makes this breed extraordinary.

Our dogs are first and foremost members of our family. They are raised in our home, surrounded by love, premium nutrition, enrichment, and daily interaction. They sleep in our home, play in our yard, and are loved every single day.

When one of our puppies joins a new family, our commitment doesn't end. We believe responsible breeding includes lifelong support, guidance, and friendship. We celebrate every milestone and remain available whenever our families need us.

Because bringing home an Archangel Bullmastiff isn't simply purchasing a puppy.

It's becoming part of our family.
